Regula EWR-PRO MIG/MAG
Regula EWR-PRO MIG/MAG is the name of our patented regulator for MIG/MAG welding. Beside the unit itself the package includes a shunt for welding up to 300 Amp and a power supply for between 100V to 230VAC which comes with an adapter for ether Euro, UK, USA, Australia, Japan etc. The package also includes an installation manual.
It is also possible to get a shunt for welding up to 500 Amp and there is a converter for power supply between 20 to 48V AC or DC.
The Regula EWR-PRO MIG/MAG gas regulator is the result of a unique patented technology from Regula Systems AB.
It regulates the gas flow according to the Amperage that is being used when welding, it measures the Amperage thru the shunt and adjusts the gas flow automatically while welding, it works with an incoming gas pressure of between 2-6 bars and delivers a gas flow between 5-30 liter/min.
It is very easy to optimize for your welding procedure and environment by using the buttons on the front panel.
The Regula EWR-PRO MIG/MAG is programmed for usage of Regula´s accessories (see accessories for MIG/MAG).

Gas control lamp
For manual welding, a warning light connected to the EWR PRO can be fixed e.g. on the top of the power source. The light starts flashing when the incoming pressure is below 2 bars and a constant light when the incoming pressure is below 1 bar, it also warns if you get a too high resistance, blockage or leakage on the outgoing connection. |

Gas Control
The Gas controller connected to the EWR-PRO is used as a switch to be connected to e.g. robot to shut down the welding procedure automatically when the incoming gas pressure is below 2 bar and with a constant light if it goes below 1 bar, it also warns if you get a too high resistance, blockage or leakage on the outgoing connection. |

Display
Shows gas flow as it is set on the EWR-PRO in digital numbers.
Shows error message:
E.IP - When the incoming pressure is below 2 bars.
E.OP - When you get a too high resistance or blockage on the outgoing connection.
E.LE - When you get a leakage on the outgoing connection. |
