Regula Welding Monitor
Regula Welding Monitor measures the average and actual gas flow consumption and the welding current ( A ) during the welding sequence. The result is presented on the bright 8-inch LCD screen as graphical curves and numerical values. The measurement values are stored in the monitor, but can be transferred into a USB memory stick for external storage or printing.
Examples of measurement results
The workpiece in this example consists of eight (8) welds with a total cycle time of approx. 50 seconds.

The upper graph shows the measurement without EWR PRO. Note that the gas flow only a few times is shuting down between the welds. The gas flow is preset to 13 l /min. and the total consumption is 15.62 liters after the work piece have been welded ready.
When the same piece is welded with EWR PRO synchronized to the welding current, the gas flow will be approximately 6 l /min. Due to the extremely quick reaction of the gas valve to shut of the gas flow between each welding sequence, the result is a total gas consumption of 5.73 liters.
